Verify Your KTO Account

If you have been referred to this page, we require you to verify your account before we can complete any further transactions.

How do I verify my account?

To verify your account, we require a copy of your Identification (ID). This can be a copy of your passport, identity card or driving license.

The copy must clearly show all of your personal details including the front and back of the document (if necessary), with all corners of the document visible in the picture. We do not accept expired IDs.

Once you’ve made a copy of the document you can send it to us using one of the following methods:

Send a copy of your ID to support@kto.com, please state in the email who you are and that you are sending the documents to verify your KTO account.

Live Chat

Our live chat service can be accessed via the chat widget at the bottom right of the screen. Click on ‘Attach File’ to attach a copy of your ID and chose the category ‘Verification’ before you send it. This ensures it can get processed as soon as possible.

Why do I need to Verify?

This is a regulatory requirement that all players have to complete, by complying you are ensuring our services can be as safe and secure for everyone.

How long does Verification take?

Once we have your documents we can process the verification, if everything is correct your KTO account will be verified within 1 working day. If there is something not right with the documents we will contact you directly.
